The studio features a large screened in patio with comfortable sitting area, living room, and kitchen. The common areas have rooftop pool, BBQ, gym, outdoor dinning area, pool table and lounge area. Definitely the perfect place to vacation and experience everything Playa has to offer.

ELECTRIC CHARGED IN CASH: $$💵
We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
