The property has two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 large double beds and there own tv and private bathroom. The second bedroom features a large king bed, its own private bathroom as well as private patio ( faces north ). The living has a large couch and tv that opens up to the kitchen and dinning room area that sits 6 people. The place is very large and offer great room for a family to move around!

The upstairs has a large sitting area to enjoy the Caribbean breeze, a BBQ, extra table to sit 4 people, a dipping pool, outdoor shower and extra bathroom. The entire rooftop is very private and only for this condo! The rooftop is also a very large size for a family to enjoy both day and night!

We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
