The space

The condo has two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The master bedroom, on the top floor, has a king size bed and direct access to the rooftop patio. On this floor, there are also two foutons where 2 more people can sleep comfortably.

The second bedroom, on the first floor has two double beds and private bathroom with plenty of closet space. There is also an additional half bathroom on each floor.

If you don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook something simple or something more elaborate.

The rooftop area is perfect to lounge and sunbathe and you can also see the ocean from here!

This is truly a unique penthouse located on the beach in Playa del Carmen. This brand new penthouse is one of kind as every room has a view of the Sea and is located at the famous Mamitas Beach! Walk out the building and everything you need is within one or two blocks from the condo.

Guest access

The building has a beautiful rooftop pool with incredible views of the ocean. It is even big big enough to do laps! There are also Jacuzzis overlooking the ocean! There is also a lounge area and bar if you would like to use it for making your own drinks! The gym and underground parking are also available for free.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-Electricity charges: In order to keep our prices low and be respectful of our environment, tenants are responsible for paying their own electricity. To calculate your electricity consumption, a picture of the meter is taken upon check-in and another one at time of check-out.  Cash is collected at the end of each week and comes to $20-40USD per day
