The building is secure and has a huge rooftop pool, lounge, reception, gated access, underground parking, elevator, jacuzzis and free gym. * No parties allowed

The Condo 
The condo has two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The master bedroom, on the top floor, has a king size bed and direct access to the rooftop patio as well as second living room. The second bedroom, on the first floor has two double beds and private bathroom with plenty of closet space. 
If you don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped!
The rooftop area is perfect to lounge and sunbathe and you can also see the ocean from here!
This is truly a unique penthouse located on the beach in Playa del Carmen. This  penthouse is one of kind as every room has a view of the Sea and is located at the famous Mamitas Beach! Walk out the building and everything you need is within one or two blocks from the condo.

Guest Access

The building has a beautiful rooftop pool with incredible views of the ocean. It is even big big enough to do laps! There are also Jacuzzis overlooking the ocean! There is also a lounge area and bar!
The gym and underground parking are also available for free.

ELECTRIC CHARGED IN CASH: $$💵
We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.
Kilowatt Rate: $6.7 Pesos

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
