The living room has a large balcony overlooking the pool, perfect to enjoy a few drinks or a nice meal in good company. The condo is fully equipped with everything you may need to make you feel right at home.

Palmares has a pool, gym, business center, 24 hour security, two shared rooftop terraces and underground parking.

-Electricity charges: In order to keep our prices low and be respectful of our environment, tenants are responsible for paying their own electricity. To calculate your electricity consumption, a picture of the meter is taken upon check-in and another one at time of check-out. 

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30L hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
