This spacious and comfortable two bedroom condo located in a building in downtown Playa del Carmen and is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has two double beds with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own balcony and the living room has a larger balcony overlooking the pool, perfecto to enjoy a few drinks or a nice meal in good company. The condo is fully equipped with everything you may need to make you feel right at home.

The building has an envious location as the famous 5th Avenue is just a 5 minute walk away and the beach only 3 blocks away, as well as an array of restaurants & shops

Palmares has a pool, gym, business center, 24 hour security, two shared rooftop terraces and underground parking.

We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
