The space

This spacious two bedroom condo with ocean views located steps away from 5th Avenue is ideal for a family or group of friends who want comfort at an unbeatable price. Located on thr 5th floor, the balcony has great views of the ocean and the city as well as a football stadium. 

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, balcony, Smart Tv and Air Conditioning. 

The fully equipped kitchen is great to cook a simple or more elaborate meal. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a great variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit and ironing board. 

The gorgeous pool, located on the rooftop, only one level above the condo, has stunning views of the ocean and the city. On the rooftop there is also a gym and little bar area, great if you're hosting a get together. 

The building is located between 10th and 15th Avenue, only steps away from the famous and vibrant pedestrian 5th Avenue and the beach is no less than a 7 minute walk! Marea 34 area is very safe and there is 24h security. For your convenience, there is also underground parking.

- A security deposit of $300USD is paid in cash at checkin and given back at checkout.
