The space

This penthouse with easy accessibility to hundreds of shops and restaurants, grocery stores, stunning beaches and the famous 5th Avenue is the ideal vacation rental for your next holiday in Playa. Set over two stories, this unit comes fully equipped with all the necessities you need to be comfortable and feel right at home. Granite counters, marbled floors, lavish furniture and a desirable location truly set this unit apart from anything else around. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and extends out into the living room making these rooms look spacious and inviting.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a comfortable king size bed with private en-suite bathroom with double sinks. On the second floor is your private rooftop and enjoy the views of the city while you relax in your Jacuzzi. You can also cook a delicious meal in the bbq and have a few drinks. The rooftop has it's own sitting area, outside shower and half bathroom.
