THE SPACE:

This penthouse with easy accessibility to hundreds of shops and restaurants, grocery stores, stunning beaches and the famous 5th Avenue is the ideal vacation rental for your next holiday in Playa. Set over two stories, this unit comes fully equipped with all the necessities you need to be comfortable and feel right at home. Granite counters, marbled floors, lavish furniture and a desirable location truly set this unit apart from anything else around. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and extends out into the living room making these rooms look spacious and inviting.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a comfortable king size bed with private en-suite bathroom with double sinks. On opposite ends of the first floor are the guest bedrooms with two double beds each. One bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, while the other bedroom has a shared bathroom for guests. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and more. On this floor, there is also a balcony overlooking the pool.

On the second floor is your private rooftop and enjoy the views of the city while you relax in your Jacuzzi. You can also cook a delicious meal in the bbq and have a few drinks. The rooftop has it's own sitting area, outside shower and half bathroom.

Palmares has a pool, gym, business center, 24 hour security, two shared rooftop terraces and underground parking.
***Please note that the rooftop terraces must be reserved 24h in advance.

ELECTRIC CHARGED IN CASH: $$💵
We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.
Kilowatt Rate: $6.5 Pesos

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
