The Space
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The terrace, which overlooks the pool, gets plenty of sunshine and is ideal to enjoy a drink in good company.
The building also has a pool, gym, business center, 24 hour security, two shared rooftop terraces and underground parking.
Palmares is located in a desirable location just minutes away from limitless options of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, breathtaking beaches and the fun and eclectic 5th Avenue. It is close enough to all the action and attraction yet far enough to be quiet.

ELECTRIC CHARGED IN CASH: $$💵
We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
