The condo has a full equipped open concept kitchen with granite counters, bar stools, stove, oven and large refrigerator. The living room is equipped with a large tv connected to satellite channels and a comfortable couch that can change into a sofa bed. The bedroom has a large king bed and its own full bathroom. The bedroom also has its own tv.

I like to say the condo is about 3 blocks to everything. With in 3 blocks the famous 5th Avenue, 1 block to Walmart, 1 block to most famous taco restaurant ( El Fogon ), 1 block to bar, shops and more! 5 mins walk from ADO bus station, 10 min walk to ferry dock to Cozumel.

The condo is located in the downtown core where you can walk to everything. You dont need to grab a cab because within few minutes you are where you want to be. For transportation - 5 mins walk from ADO bus station, 10 min walk to ferry dock to Cozumel.
