The condo has a full equipped open concept kitchen with granite counters, bar stools, stove, oven and large refrigerator. The living room is equipped with a large tv and couch. The bedroom has a large king bed and its own full bathroom. The bedroom also has its own tv.

The condo is about 3 blocks to everything. With in 3 blocks the famous 5th Avenue, 1 block to Walmart, 1 block to most famous taco restaurant ( El Fogon ), 1 block to bar, shops and more! 5 mins walk from ADO bus station, 10 min walk to ferry dock to Cozumel.

In order to keep our prices low and be respectful of our environment, tenants are responsible for paying their own electricity. To calculate your electricity consumption, a picture of the meter is taken upon check-in and another one at time of check-out.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30L hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
