THE SPACE:

This beautiful condo has one bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed which can accommodate two more people. Blue accents in the unit complement the stunning Caribbean Sea. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a granite counter and the open living area is perfect to relax after a day of enjoying the many things the Riviera Maya has to offer.
  Marbled floors throughout the unit, comfortable furniture and an open space concept give this unit a luxurious touch.
  Located on the second floor, the private balcony overlooks the pool and is ideal to have a few drinks and enjoy a meal in good company.

THE CONDO:

Has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room table for 4 people, living room ( with satellite tv ) with futon couch, and large patio for enjoying the Caribbean weather. There is a full master bedroom that has a comfortable king size bed and is connected to a full bathroom.

ELECTRIC CHARGED IN CASH: $$💵
We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
