THE CONDO:

Has a fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances a granite counter, dinning room table for 4 people, living room ( with satellite tv ) with futon couch, and the private balcony overlooks the pool and is ideal to have a few drinks and enjoy a meal in good company. There is a full master bedroom that has a comfortable king size bed and 2nd tv and is connected to a full bathroom.

GUESTS HAVE ACCESS:

Large heated pool with water beds, sun beds, gym, business center, 24 hour security, two shared rooftop terraces, elevators and gated underground parking. The main grocery store in town is across the street for convenient shopping! 

***Please note that the rooftop terraces must be reserved 24h in advance.

ELECTRIC CHARGED IN CASH: $$💵
We will take a picture of the meter at check-in and another when you are about to depart to calculate your consumption (unless your stay is longer then a month, then we collect the electric at the end of each month). We will let you know the amount so we can collect the money in *CASH* before you leave. If you wish to pay through Airbnb there is a +16% tax.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
