THE CONDO:
Has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room table for 4 people, living room  with futon couch, and large patio for enjoying the Caribbean weather. There is a full master bedroom that has a comfortable king size bed and 2nd tv and is connected to a full bathroom.

GUEST ACCESS:
Large  pool with water bed and lounge chairs, gym, business center, 24 hour security, two shared rooftop terraces, elevators and gated underground parking. The main grocery store in town is across the street for convenient shopping!

In order to keep our prices low and be respectful of our environment, tenants are responsible for paying their own electricity. To calculate your electricity consumption, a picture of the meter is taken upon check-in and another one at time of check-out. Difference is paid in cash at check out.

CONDO SUPPLIES:
On the first night we provide a few rolls or toilet paper, trash bags and 30ml hotel size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Guests are required to purchase there own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent and toiletry items for the remainder of their stay.
